Born in Truro, Cornwall in the UK, I developed a love for cartoons at an early age. My parents at the time, banned me from cartoons, saying they were 'too violent'; I remember arguing even at the age of 5, that I wouldn't become violent from watching them, as I wouldn't even know where to get an anvil - let alone use one!

In protest, and lacking severely from a fix of cartoons, I started to draw my own. They were a massive hit at my school, there was something wonderful about watching others get such joy from things I created from nothing...from then on, I only had one goal, to become a professional cartoonist and entertain the world with my art!

Many many years later, I attended Falmouth University in my home county, and graduated with 1st degree honours, and an award winning animated short film under my belt. I set off to Canada in the hopes that I would get into the industry, work my way through the ranks and become director for my own animated films.

Sadly life did not pan out that way, but this is not a sad story! Now living in Canada, I work as a freelance cartoonist full time! I have never felt more complete, and have achieved my dream of not only entertaining the world with my art, but helping others realise their visions through commission work. I hope to become a published comic artist and to see my works on the shelves of book stores up and down the country, and to have more animation work out there for all to enjoy. My journey is not over yet, and I hope you will want to be a part of what is yet to come!
